I was so excited about receiving this necklace as it will be a gift for my girlfriend. Upon arriving home today I open my package and hear a rattle, then I open all the little boxes and find where the rattle was coming from, the sapphire had fallen out. Shipping was great and packaging was perfect, and the necklace and sapphire themselves are beautiful. I’m just very dishearted to the fact that now I have to do an exchange and that takes time. All this without knowing if I will receive the new one in time for my June 1st anniversary. I just hope the second one turns out being awesome. If producted wasnt damaged I would def rate it a five.

I reordered this item, i got two day shipping. I got the package. Shipping is super fast and product wasnt damaged this time. I was able to give it to my girlfriend and all is good. Wonderful product and im very happy with the way things turned out.
